Twelve months ago, my curiosity led me down the path of exploring AI—what started as a fascination with how AI could enhance data analysis has quickly grown into a passion for how these technologies are transforming the way we work with information. Over the past year, I’ve worked with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and image generation models such as Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, and DALL-E, exploring how AI can generate content and insights in innovative ways. I’ve also been locally testing Stable Diffusion, gaining hands-on experience in refining and customising outputs.

With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technologies and data management and analytics, my focus has always been on harnessing technology to drive real value from data. Now, I’m excited to bring AI deeper into this work, exploring how it can simplify data analysis, automate complex tasks, and uncover actionable insights that might otherwise go unnoticed.

What excites me the most is how AI is enabling:

• Faster, more efficient data analysis, automating repetitive tasks and freeing up time for strategic work.
• Deeper insights by identifying patterns and trends that traditional analysis might miss.
• Smarter decision-making with predictive capabilities that offer more accurate forecasting.

For me, AI isn’t about learning something entirely new—it’s about expanding on the foundations of data management and analytics that I’ve built over the last two decades. AI is becoming the key that unlocks greater value from data, helping businesses make faster, more informed decisions. I’m excited to be part of this evolution, and to continue integrating AI into the data-driven decision-making processes that drive real impact.
